How to use:
1. When using with a cotton pad, soak the pad and gently wipe it over your entire face and neck. Repeat 2-3 times to remove impurities and dead skin cells.
2. When using with your hands, apply a moderate amount of toner to your entire face and neck. Pat gently for better absorption.
3. For extra hydration, apply a toner-soaked pad to your skin and leave it for 10 minutes.
